Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager todeliver outstanding digital supporter experience by ensuring the Save the Children websites are fully user experience (UX) optimised so as to maximise engagement, conversion and loyalty.

As Digital Experience Manager you willsupport the Deputy Head of Digital Experience in the strategic development of the Save the Children website for ongoing improvement in supporter experience. You will work closely with the CRM team, digital project managers and developers to deliver these improvements whilst acting as product owner, ensuring all projects meet business requirements. In addition you will:

  • Bring together customer insight via user testing and on site data to scope and shape user experience enhancements
  • Input into cross-organisational campaign planning in order to ensure supporter journeys take into account best practice user experience
  • Lead on new digital product development from a UX perspective ensuring innovative and effective digital solutions for the organisation and its’ supporters
  • Actively maintain positive working relationships outside of the immediate working unit, in both the wide department and internationally

To be successful you will be educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of developing new features/websites that have delivered increased conversions. You will be influential, with the ability to drive ideas, concepts and champion these up to Director level. In addition you will have:

  • Experience of developing digital products through a user centred design process and a passion for new forms of technology and digital activities
  • Experience of using Content Management Systems and data analytics packages
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally
  • Experience of using wireframing tools with experience of working with developers in Agile
  • Resilience, enthusiasm, energy and drive with the ability to work well within a team.
