About the role and you
We are seeking a dynamic individual to be part of an exciting new team aimed at growth and innovation of our institutional funded portfolio. We are looking for an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager to provide leadership and technical expertise within our MEAL community of practise, that will support and strengthen the generation and use of high quality digital progress and impact evidence-based, innovative learning across our programme portfolio. You will need to have a passion and proven skills in communicating the often complex detailed learning in clear concise ways to influence external experts, policy maker and to the people and communities we work with.
This needs someone who has a passion for effective evidenced based learning and is motivated by improving organisational effectiveness and impact. Importantly you will need to have the drive and tenacity to establish a centre of organisational excellence and be a confident communicator with experience of representing and negotiating at senior levels both internally and externally.
